01The baseline
Every hold starts at the same point.
An asset changes hands. From that day the owner is putting in time and capital, and the building gains value at whatever pace the market allows.
The operator at the centre of the group
Every holder of Bestand puts in time and capital and watches value grow at the pace the market allows. We shorten the time of transformation and raise the value ceiling. Lestate Real is the operator that connects both.
01The baseline
An asset changes hands. From that day the owner is putting in time and capital, and the building gains value at whatever pace the market allows.
02Standard hold
A typical holder improves the asset when a trade is free and a decision feels right. It works. It also takes long, and the ceiling is set by instinct rather than by what the building could actually carry.
03Value raised
Every building is screened, structured and underwritten the same way, so we see the full set of levers an asset can carry before anything is committed, and we buy the ones that pay for themselves.
04Time compressed
Execution is ours. Companies we found with the Meister who run them, one schedule, one standard, so the transformation happens when we decide it happens rather than when the market has capacity for us.
05The accelerated path
Put both levers on one trajectory and the curve changes shape. The asset reaches a better position sooner, and the capital tied up in it is free again earlier.
06The operator
Intelligence without execution is a report. Execution without intelligence is a renovation. We hold the asset, we run both engines on it, and we turn the distance between the two paths into capital that goes back to work.
Acquire. Transform. Redeploy.
How we see us
We do not simply hold Bestand and wait. Lestate Real sits at the centre of the group and connects what Realaize sees in the market with what Werkr can execute on site. That connection is the entire thesis: a faster, more disciplined path from an underperforming asset to a repositioned one.
It is also why the two engines exist as companies rather than as departments. Software that only serves one buyer stops improving, and trade capacity that only serves one owner stops being competitive. Both have to stand on their own for either of them to be worth building.
